Happy Rank requests access to the following official Google Business Profile API scopes:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manageUsed to fetch location details, update operating hours, post local updates, manage customer Q&As, and respond to customer reviews.
2. How We Use Google API Data
- Location & Ranking Analytics: We fetch your location address and business categories to generate local search Geo-Grid heatmaps and monitor 3-Pack rankings.
- Customer Reviews: We fetch customer reviews to provide automated AI sentiment response drafts.
- Performance Metrics: We fetch search impressions, maps views, call clicks, and website clicks from the Google Performance API to display your growth metrics.
3. Data Sharing & Privacy Restrictions
Strictly adhering to Google Limited Use Policy:
- We NEVER sell Google user data to third parties, data brokers, or advertising networks.
- We NEVER use Google API data to serve targeted advertisements.
- We NEVER allow human employees to read your raw Google data unless required for security investigations or explicitly authorized by you for support.
