1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Happy Rank platform, website, and Google Business Profile management tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

2. Subscription Plans & Billing

Services are provided on a subscription basis (monthly or annual). Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next renewal date through your dashboard settings.

3. Google Business Profile & Third-Party APIs

Our services integrate with third-party APIs including Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, and Google Maps. You agree to comply with Google’s Terms of Service and API policies. Happy Rank is not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms to their API availability or terms.

4. Acceptable Use & Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal, spammy, or fraudulent activities.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the software.
• Violate Google’s guidelines on review incentivization or fake review creation.
• Overburden our infrastructure with excessive or automated scraping beyond permitted rate limits.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Happy Rank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues resulting from your use of the platform.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in malicious API abuse.
